Chicken Salad Sandwich


I can chicken breast
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
About 10 pickle rounds, chopped
Salt, pepper, paprika


Mix all ingredients well to form a paste, and spread over bread as desired.

Yields: enough paste for at least two sandwiches, using regular sandwich bread.

Notes: I made this for my husband today. Normally, his lunch would have consisted of a can of soup purchased at Aldi‘s, at the rate of 1 can per day; however, I had the chicken, pickles and mayonnaise on hand already, so I decided to forgo the extra expense. I probably saved about $5.
