Baked Tilapia in Parchment Paper 

This is the result of a foray into the freezer, where I found a packet of frozen tilapia, a bag of frozen mixed vegetables, and a bag of pre-baked “fries.” Put it all together, and voilà: a great meal.

All I did was wrap the fish in parchment paper, together with salt, pepper, a pat of butter, some garlic, and onion relish, bake for 20 minutes at 320°.

The veggies and pre-baked potatoes were just a matter of warming up.

Total spent: $0 (I’ve had all the ingredients for months!).
